First Bite is dedicated to recognizing all the parts that make our vibrant restaurant scene incredible, and a large part of that is the people. Boulder County is full of restaurant workers who consistently provide genuine hospitality, delicious food, and hard work night in and night out.

We are enthusiastic to partner with Society Insurance to honor front-of-house (ex. server/host(ess)) and back-of-house (ex. chef, dishwasher) staff from one of our participating businesses. This award honors restaurant workers who go above and beyond the job to deliver outstanding customer service or team support and are making a positive influence on the customer and restaurant experience.

Society Insurance has developed its policies with restaurant and bar owners and has stayed on top of industry trends–to deliver the most comprehensive coverage available.
