If you’ve ever wondered how a chef shops the farmers market to whip up a gourmet meal, this is your chance! Join Chef Daniel Asher of Working Title Food Group on a culinary field trip to the Boulder Farmers Market. In this intimate morning, Chef will lead the group to meet a few of his favorite farmer partners. Then, with ingredients purchased, Chef will host a public cooking demo at the First Bite booth in the Farmers Market. Guests will be invited to taste along the way, and partake in this engaging experience!

Private market tour and shopping with Chef
Reserve your seat in advance (10)  – suggested donation of $10 to BCFM 

9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Public cooking demo at the booth for 2-3 dishes
