Corrida enchants right from our backyard in Boulder, where you gain a rare, unobstructed view of the Flatirons from the 4-story restaurant offering romantic indoor dining and rooftop patio space. Corrida offers the best in tapas and bright drinks, particularly zooming in on the Iberian Peninsula. Executive Chef Redzikowski pulls influences spanning north to south of the region, from French techniques to African flavors. The team also taps into the world-renowned beef quality of Spain, raising the bar with their own resources. “We focus on the ‘Vaca Vieja’ or ‘old cow’—one hundred percent grass-fed beef harvested at an older age, which is better for the whole ecosystem from the true slow food approach,” explained Dayton.

Woven into the menu of patatas bravas and an incredible selection of steak you can find specials such as the Buckner Family Farms lamb tartare with Ossetra caviar and smoked crème fraiche and Bacalo negro cod. Every meal at Corrida is sure to be a mouthwatering memory you won’t soon forget.
