Restaurant Participation

Step 1: Agreement

This letter is to confirm our restaurant(s)’ participation in FIRST BITE BOULDER 2019, to be held Friday, November 8, 2019 thru Saturday, November 16, 2019.
    • A $29/person special three-course (or more) prix-fixe menu for the entire week of the event. This price should be for food only, independent of drinks, tax, gratuity or additional order, though I may choose to make any special offer above and beyond for the same price.
    • I agree to provide three (3) Gift Certificates at $58 each for dinner for two during restaurant week (minimum 2-year expiration, but no expiration preferred).

    • A $49/person special three-course (or more) prix-fixe menu for the entire week of the event. This price should be for food only, independent of drinks, tax, gratuity or additional order, though I may choose to make any special offer above and beyond for the same price.
    • I agree to provide three (3) Gift Certificates at $98 each for dinner for two during restaurant week (minimum 2-year expiration, but no expiration preferred).

Step 2: Payment
